[Help] HHKB Pro 2: How to Allow Media-based function-layer type keys on windows

I can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how to do this, do you think you could help me out?

You mean Volume control?
Windows ignores Volume control keys on HHKB. You can use them on Linux and Mac but no luck on WIndows.
