Ducky Shine 2: Where to purchase?
« on: Thu, 04 October 2012, 17:21:56 »
Hey everyone, I was recently looking to making the switch to mechanical keyboards to go along with my new build, and I was interested in the Ducky Shine 2. I've looked around and have seen two sites that carry them: mechanicalkeyboards.com and tigerimports.net. Problem is, they're out of stock in both places. Is there any other site where I can buy one of these? I'm looking for a blue LED model with MX brown switches. Any help is appreciated.

Both places are the same place, actually.  Check the vendor forum for Imsto and try his site.  Pretty sure he has stock.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Yes, he's trustworthy. He could be slow at answering questions at times, but you'll get your stuff. If there are any problems with the order, he'll take care of you. I've bought from him several times.
