PBT Key Caps on an ISO board
« on: Sun, 09 December 2012, 08:06:42 »
What is the best way to go about this? I have a Filco TKL UK ISO layout and I want some white engraved PBT keycaps but obviously the PBT caps are USA layout. Which keys would I have to replace and how would I go about it to get them to match (Font face, size etc.)

Thanks.

Only PBT I've heard of were the ducky / denmark I think it was sets.  Not sure if they ever appeared or just vaporware.

Hmm, I found them, but the blank ones will cost me almost £65 altogether. It seems like it's worth it due to them lasting longer etc.

I need to get some o-rings as well but dunno which ones to get for my MX Browns. I want something that will dampen the bottoming out sound, any ideas?

I think wasdkeyboards is your best bet.

Yeah, but what kind of thickness should I go for with the o-rings for my browns?

Depends on how much travel reduction and dampening you want.  Just go for thin ones to start with.
