Hello!
I finally want to have a keyboard with a native neo2 layout (
http://neo-layout.org/ ). For that reason, I want to print custom keycaps for the neo layout at
http://www.wasdkeyboards.comThey say they use Cherry MX compatible keycaps, so I was wondering where I can put these keycaps on now. One of my favourite keyboards would be one of the unicomp ones with buckling spring switches (and integrated mouse even, e.g.
http://pckeyboard.com/page/EnduraPro/UB404G6 but of course I have no idea whether my keycaps would fit. Does any one know whether Cherry MX keycaps are compatible with Buckling Srpings switches?
My other plan would be to get a Cherry G80-3000LSCDE-2 and put the key caps on that one.
I am also happy about other suggestions on how I could come to my native neo2 mechanical keyboard.
I've been reading up a lot on the technologies and figured a buckling spring might be the best, but a Cherry MX Clear or Brown switch might also be okay.
I fancy a NKRO but maybe you guys will tell me I don't need that and I will believe you. But I certainly will want a PS/2
