Anyone know of any Cherry ML dampeners? Or something that can be used for the purpose?

You mean like O-rings for cherry ML switches?

I thought that ML switches would be on the quieter side because they are a hybrid between mechanical and rubber?

Yes, O-rings like for MX switches.
They are not quieter (you still get that 'clack' typical of MX keycaps when they hit bottom).
ML have shorter travel (3mm compared to 4mm=MX). I think 1mm or 2mm would be perfect for me (I guess rubber travel distance).
Because of the rectangular stem of the switch AND the almost flat of bottom of the keycaps its difficult to think of something to buy, similar to O-rings.
Trying NOT TO FABRICATE (unless a pre-manufactured solution is impossible)...
Any ideas?

Yes, actually double sided tape comes to mind, but one sided; if not, it will stick to the bottom.
I did see someone/some company selling this foam/tape but for MX switches.
Anybody remember what company/link?

I have what I'm guessing is some sort of 'industrial' ML that came with a thin rubber sheet between the keys and 'plate'. it felt awful so i threw it away.
