I don't believe that is the Apple Extended.  I think it's called the Apple Standard Keyboard.  What's the model #?  M0116?  Also, what kind of switches you got on that thing?

But yea, function keys. Can't help ya. I've got an Apple IIGS keyboard. Same problem.

I appreciate the responses. I was wondering if holding the control key and then pressing a number key would do anything? I haven't got the keyboard yet to try it so i was just asking before i got my hands on it. Anyways, if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it. Also, to the post who asked me what kind of switches they are, the keyswitches are orange alps.

Ah Orange Alps!  Only the best.  Those are great.

I love the M0116 with orange ALPS. The layout and lack of function keys are the main reasons I don't use it much more than for the occasional "air typing".
