Looks to be a rubber dome with sliders. Take the board fully apart and you'll be able to know.

Looks like a higher end rubber dome keyboard much like my old Dell Quietkey!

I have one with the same switch. It does feel better than other rubber dome keyboard. This is the only rubber dome keyboard I keep.  :)

It is an NMB dome with slider, much better than normal rubber dome.

The "RT" at the beginning of the model number is a tell that it was made by NMB.

I love those.

I used the updated US ANSI version, the SK-2800 and SK-2800C for several years. I got one new with a Compaq system in the early-2000s and used them almost exclusively until I went back to mechanicals about 2009. I bought several at thrift stores and yard sales as backups and giveaways.

It is not easy to find the driver to make the media keys work, but they were my favorite part. They are small and rubbery and feel good. I like rubbery key tops and always buy calculators with them, although they would probably not last long-term on a real keyboard.

Pretty sure I still have at least 1 for old times' sake.
