I love those.
I used the updated US ANSI version, the SK-2800 and SK-2800C for several years. I got one new with a Compaq system in the early-2000s and used them almost exclusively until I went back to mechanicals about 2009. I bought several at thrift stores and yard sales as backups and giveaways.
It is not easy to find the driver to make the media keys work, but they were my favorite part. They are small and rubbery and feel good. I like rubbery key tops and always buy calculators with them, although they would probably not last long-term on a real keyboard.
Pretty sure I still have at least 1 for old times' sake.
