I'm tempted to buy one of that 75% pcbs and a plate from sprit in his groupbuy. But I'm totally broke and currently can't justify it.

I once had a noppoo choc mini (my first keyboard), really liked the layout. But sold it cause after some time I realized that browns are not the right switch for me and also that non standard size spacebar sucked. Maybe one day I have a mx mini, but seems like not this time. :)

A 30 inch super nice monitor. But that would mean my monitor would be bigger than my TV (27 inch, not flat). But there's no way that I will change my TV before my kids stop playing with their toys ON the TV.

Anyway, family stuff comes first!

Also on the list:

- Aluminium poker case (the last design from Feng GB, gold hard-anodized!)
- A model F with all the stuff needed to convert it to a 60% (yea, well, just a dream). I could start with just a model F lol!
- nice dac/amp/headphones
- Better car
IBM F122, IBM XT F X2, IBM AT F (all Soarer converted), Filco Camo TKL Browns

I already talked to Polish dealer many times but until my machine shop is still just a hobby I can't justify spending over 60k € for a toy :)

Or CAN you justify it? Think of all the things you could fab.. ;D

Not on your level (and not metal), but I've toyed with the idea of buying a 3D printer for months now. I just can't justify it because there's NOTHING I actually need it for - I imagine I would just print strange shapes all day long. Not the best use of my money!

Well I've got 2 3D printers now, one purchased as a kit and one which I made with my brother. Those are not that expensive and fit well into my small machine shop.

It's topre. You will definitely like it! And with that argument, you can justify it.

Does topre activate the key halfway or do I have to bottom out all the way?

Topre seemed, when I tried an HHKB, to bottom out very near the top. The rest was the smooth travel that many name the cloud of mammaries.

It's honestly nothing too special to me. It felt like a Brown, besides the different actuation point. The sound is the best thing about Topre imo.

HHKB2 :(

I want one so bad, that'd be the last keyboard I'd ever need to buy, if only I had the money available.

A QFR -- I have enough keyboards, but now I've modded some QFR cases, but don't own one! Am I going to buy a keyboard solely for the sake of putting a custom case on it?
