Artisan Hayate if cloth is what you're after, extremely smooth and great precision.
Razer Manticor feels super smooth too, but it's aluminium and on the pricier side
not sure if size is a big deal but there's also something like the modmymachine slamepad, another aluminium pad that is extremely smooth and seems very high quality (I've had mine for a while now, no wear whatsoever)
and the Artisan Raiden, which I absolutely love - my favourite cloth pad. very smooth but has issues with some optical mice (Kana v2 wouldn't work at all, for example. but other a3090 mice work, like my zowie mice)
and the all-popular Icemat, not available anymore new unfortunately it seems, is my favourite super smooth pad.
but I would assume you want a soft pad, and my suggestions are the Artisan then. they're worthy the praise they receive. do note that you SHOULD use a microfiber or something maybe once every month just to make sure it doesn't get too dusty
it is very finely woven and dust might stick a bit. not a big issue but just... general maintenance for pads.
the hard pads require almost daily cleaning though, so uhh... no idea if you'd care for them.
