So would this be another redline group buy?
I wanted to run it and just use them as the manufacturer. Communication is extremely difficult. I asked if this was still possible and LifeZ asked me how many we would want. I replied to him in minutes and that was April 6th. No reply yet when I told him 30-50+ would be interested.
As far as appearance I'd be cool with the LZ-MX SE style, LZ-MX, or LZ-MX FE with some slight tweaks. I like my GON 75% and it is pretty ideal for me, but I do want something a little heavier and solid on my desk. The LZ-FE I built was amazing but I don't like 80% layout so I sold it. We'll see what happens but if LifeZ doesn't contact me back we can't proceed.
Maybe if more people tell him to get back with me he will see there is interest and we can make something happen.
I also kind of want to see what kind of work a local anodizing company can do here in Orlando. If they do good work I'd almost be interested in getting everything non anodized and do it all local. That way we can keep it cheap and if there are any scratches during shipping they can be fixed before anodizing, and then I'll make sure every individual keyboard is packed appropriately. That may not work for international though since it may be cheaper for those people to receive their packages directly from South Korea. Just an idea I had though.
