FN key has stopped working on poker 2

Hello, i was toggling the backlight on and off on my new poker 2 and the FN key seems to have stopped working, i've remapped FN to the left win key using the dip switch and that works.
i've tried binding something else to that key but it wasn't recognised, so it seems the switch isn't working, any ideas how i can fix this? 
the key presses down normally and feels fine

i already tried that



nevermind, i took it apart and the previous seller only had it screwed in with 4 screws, i put all 6 in and it works fine now, how odd
