Nicely red :)

Tai Hao, by any chance?

Although your space bar seems to be defective :p
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

So what's the story with the flipped spacebar? I see that a lot.

Some delicate users have soft squishy fingers that are damaged or hurt by the "sharp" edges on a space bar, so they flip them.

Yeah they're the tai hao set, still cant bring myself to using the gmk dolch as a daily, have ivan's pbt r4 cherry 98' coming so i'll replace these with the pbt set whenever they arrive. Also about the space bar, being flipped feels more ergonomic to me as I don't have to raise my thumb up at an angle to avoid the sharp edge of the spacebar when typing.

Just remember you must have done something to it that month, and posted fresh pictures in order to qualify for that month.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

I think I'd feel the same if I had a GMK Dolch!  Fortunately I have only about 6 Tai Hao sets, with another set on the way :))

What's the difference in feel when comparing TaiHao dolch and gmk?

Day and night difference, first things to notice is the shape of the gmk, lower profile and sharper around the edges/corners, then the feel is just so much more...how can i say...muted or rather dampened with a heavier weight when pressing down on the keys. Second is the looks, color contrast is much more pronounced and the font, did i mention the font's? to die for! Dare I say the double shot thick abs feels better than thick pbt's. Im kinda in the mix between the textures of thick abs vs pbt's. I feel a tab more grippy on pbt to tell you the truth, but like typing on the abs as they're a little slicker and personally feel i can type a quid faster due to the lower profile and less tacky feel.

By the way, up until reading this thread, I thought people were just removing the spacebar for the photos :D - turns out they are actually flipped, how interesting

It's a trend going through some factions within GH.  I tried it, but it didn't make the keyboard feel any different to me, and looked kinda weird, so I switched back to the normal conventional orientation.

By all means try - it won't damage anything and you can easily swap it back around.

No truer words spoken... I got my first mech in November of last year and currently own a rosewill rk-9000 blues, ducky mini v2 MX browns, kbp v80tkl MX clears, poker 2 clears and now I just ordered a cooler master nova touch to try Topre lol although I kind of regret not gong for something with 55g topres. A big reason for the nova touch was the ability to put MX caps on it. As I currently have the tai hao pbt Miami clone set, vortex double shot back lit pbt set from mass drop, Dolch DSA from SP, Hacked By Geeks SA coming thanks bunny lake and hoping to opt in for hyper fuse cherry profile by gmk before the end of the group buy all that's in 4 months and not including me trying to chase artisan caps....my god my friends and parents think I'm crazy but as far as addictions go it is a fairly non destructive one and I am starting to get to Know members of the community i also am currently re-learning how to solder (I want to build my own custom)  and satisfying the collector in me. So yes it's an expensive hobby/Addiction but I'm having alot of fun and learning alot ... If you ever want to chat please hit me up and have fun these guys and gals were a little intimidating at first but most of them don't bite.
Looking for Black KMAC 2 or KMAC LE Preferably unbuilt kit but will consider an assembled board with clears Please PM me if you can help 8) Always on the lookout for KBK/KWK Bro Reapers,V2s and Clack factory skulls have lots of caps for trade
