It's possible for it to be NKRO, since it uses a PCB, but I'm not aware of BTC ever putting diodes on their PCBs, and the PCB shows no sign of them (only jumper wires).
In fact, my BTC 5149 doesn't even have blocking, so it suffers from ghosting.
