I've had so so experiences with tabaofocus so I went back to bhiner with my most recent order.

How exactly does using a Tao Bao proxy work? Do you have to find the item first? And how do you do that without understanding Chinese?

You have to find the item yourself, but on TaobaoFocus, the website was offering a basic translation to help you order the correct color or size for exemple. I suppose other sites do too.
You pay to get the item to them, they picture, confirm, and make you pay final shipping.
