key unresponsive

i am using Ducky shine 3 snake edition
my problem is my "w" key sometimes not responsive
i.e i pressed 10 times, only 8 registered or sometimes its registered 2 times

You might have to buy a new switch and solder it in.

If you're comfortable with it I would recommend taking that particular switch apart and putting it back together to see if maybe some dirt or other particle is doing something odd in there. You may need to just replace the switch altogether but this is a good first step before going to all that trouble.
