Any possibility is it a buckling or alps? My friend unable to remove a single keycap to check. Or it is just a rubberdome even it is a DIN plug?
Google gives no exact result for this.

FCC ID indicates Tai-Ho.

Could be an alps clone, maybe not. Details at the link above.
Definitely not a buckling spring.
With these kinds of keyboards a good picture of the entire back is often worthwhile, you can sometimes match the construction to another board with similar part numbers.
