How to install PCB-mounted cherry stabilizer to plate?
« on: Wed, 10 February 2016, 10:08:12 »
Yup, I know this question is stupid.
anyway, after 2 week I recieved stabs, building a phantom now, tried to sqeeze in it about 1 hour and realized this stabilizer is for PCB, not for plate.
It's pretty frustrating, but I think there's other way to use it on plate like PCB-mounted MX Switches can be used with plate just cutoff the stems.
but If I cut this stabs wrong way, I definitely have to wait 2 moar weeeeeek... so I can't try it without any certainty.
Not Aka"MLG 360 NO SCOPE GET REKT" either.

Nope, there is no way to adapt a PCB mount stabilizer housing to attach to a plate. You'll need to get actual plate mount stabs if you want to mount them to the plate.

Oh.... thanks for the answer! well, then It's better to use them for replacing G80-3700's rusty stabs.
All I need to do is order them and experience 2 weeks of extreme anxiety.
