Is it going to be a skeleton style case or a two part full aluminum design? Do you have a machine shop and anodizing shop lined up as well? You're better off going with t6 6061 grade aluminum, 7075 is much harder to anodize.

I need to work on the logistics of creating this, however I want to work on that once I have the design done. I wanted to ask questions to the community on the forum, but I'm not sure if I should have posted on IC.

Also keep in mind that you'll need to have money set aside for getting a prototype made as well. It may be a bit tricky finding a shop with an affordable price in the UK.

Why would he find a shop in the UK when he's in the US? Unless he's going to give the prototype to me
I actually may scrap this if i I don't get help with the plate; I have no clue how to verify whether or not it will work with the PCB....
Yess another 1800 layout IC, Please I want it!
Ugh, people seem to want both the segmented and the compacted. I will see how much the price will be changed by this. Also, what colors would you guys want?
