I have the v60 with Matias switches. It only allows for 3 screws to fasten to the royal glam (i have the wrist rest version that didn't come with standoffs)... left, right and just to the right of the space bar.
I got mine to work with the wrist rest version by
a.) getting a chisel and deepening and lengthening the DIP switch recessed circle and
b.) adding some spacers where the screw holes were in the case (mine didn't come with any standoffs and no passthrough hole for changing the DIP switches). For spacers, I bought some #6 brass nuts (about 4mm tall) and used adhesive to glue them right over the built-in screw holes. They do sell 4mm standoffs for M2 screws, but the shipping was going to take 2 weeks and I'm impatient.
Then, on the reverse at the top of the board and in the mid section, I got some craft foam pads and added them (a few layers, to build up height) so that when I tightened the 3 screws the top of the board was firm against the case. I had to experiment. Too much foam and it will feel smushy when you hammer the top row, and will probably have a slight bulge in the middle when viewed straight on from the rear. But once I got the height right it worked great! I'm pretty picky too.
I also know that at least some of the TEX cases will work. I have the frosted acrylic version and I put my v60 in it for a test fit. The USB plug is incredibly close to not working, but it will work. Luckily, you won't have the support issues at the top like in the royal glam b/c the tex cases have fins in them that are the same height as the screw posts, and they support it great.
The frosted case has a larger front bezel, and so I'm pretty sure any of the ones that share it's form factor will definitely work for the v60. I really love the TEX case. I just wish it was about $20 cheaper. Also, the included taller 3M rubber feet for it look cheap. Just don't look under there

You know, when I was modding that case I kept telling myself that I really needed to take some photos for others but I didn't. It's such a pain in the ass to remove those Alps stabilizers to get it back off though... maybe one of these days.
