I am buying vintage mx blacks but im not sure how to take off the switches and put new ones on. Does anyone know a good guide?

You'll need to desolder and solder if your board isn't hotswap. If it is hotswap, you just pull out the existing switches with a tool and put the new ones in; you may need to clip the plastic legs though.
