Open source Kailh Hot-swap PCB
« on: Sun, 15 September 2019, 22:03:53 »
Are there any open source designs using the Kailh Hot-swappable sockets ? I just discovered the Redragon K551 and it's implementation of hot swap aren't the best but it does work. Looking at studying better options and designs if possible.

Here's the most prominent example I know of. It's split/ergo/40% - https://github.com/foostan/crkbd/tree/master/corne-cherry

It can go smaller! One can actually break off the outer columns of each half, making it the same size as a minidox.

don't think i'd be able to go that small unless all i did was write. but cool nonetheless.
