DZ60: Keys on third row suddenly send all keys in same column

Hello,

I have assembled a DZ60 3.0 PCB with alu plate and alu case last year and suddenly have the following issue now (keyboard has been working fine for months after assembly):

Pressing any keys in rows 1, 2, 4 or 5 is working as expected.
Pressing a key in row 3 however leads to this (added quotes when there is also a space in there):

I remember that some time before, I felt a zap when touching the keyboard, like when you touch someone and you were statically charged before,
could this be related and what could this have damaged?

I visually examined the board on the back, but could not see any burnt components.
Measuring the diodes with a multimeter also seemed to be fine, although I'm no expert on that front (testing electronic components).

I would appreciate if someone has an idea how to find out what the issue is and if this can be fixed.

Did you try to reflash it? I had this with DZ60 REV 1 a long time ago.

Yes, I reflashed the default DZ60 ANSI layout and also my layout with directional keys,
issue is still the same.

Hi hanzoh, and welcome to geekhack.

If you shocked the PCB you could have killed a pin on the controller which could do this.

There are so many different 'DZ60' PCBs out there that I can't attempt to guess which pins might be unused on yours to suggest a fix, where are you getting the firmware from?  Assuming it's QMK the file I'd like to read is config.h if you have one.  Hopefully not an over-helpful website which shows nothing useful...
