Is IBM KB-6326 a mechanical clicky keyboard?

So, Ive got a chance to buy a IBM KB-6326. Thing is I cant find much info about it. Do you guys know if its a clicky one?

Most likely not from the price suggestion states 5$ but at least cosidered high quality rubber dome. Same as my kb 8923

It's guaranteed to be a rubber dome.

I have a couple of them, they ARE rubber domes.
They were manufactured by chicony for IBM.

Mind you, they're probably the best quality rubber dome you're ever going to get. But I wouldn't spend money on one.
