Do you mean clear mod? As in ergo clears or panda clears?

I tried ergo clear (brown/blue/red spring) and panda clears (black spring). Ergo clears do not bounce up quick enough and panda clears are not worth the effort. If I was you I would just stick with normal clears but I am sure someone here will disagree with me.

I was going to try Ergo Clears when I got a new set of Clear switches from a Group Buy.  However, it does concern me that they may not bounce up quickly.  The keyboard will be for my wife, and she touchtypes very quickly (as I do), and if there's a lag there, I feel that it may be better to just stick with regular clears.  I just thought they would be too stiff or hard to depress without doing the mod...especially for a woman with slender fingers. :P

I prefer original clears, but I find that they feel a bit too frictiony. I am also afraid of wear, with all this friction.
I would like to get the sliders lubricated to reduce friction, and thus, wear. I have read several data sheets for lubrication liquids and none has been as good (on paper) as RO-59.
Therefore, I would like to get them lubricated with RO-59. That would be my "favourite" mod.

I just turned my poker with browns into ergo clears last night, just to try something different.  Early days yet but from the quick play I had I'm a fan.  I type around 100wpm and didn't notice any issues with key lag etc.

Good to hear...  I'm still nervous about trying the mod if it doesn't work or eventually the springs wear out and have a problem, though...  Hmm...

Just do it and if you don't like it then change them back, easy as!
