Best Artisan Mousepad for Razer Deathadder/Abyssus?
« on: Mon, 20 August 2012, 02:12:43 »
I've been looking all over the net and I cannot find the information I'm looking for. Which Artisan Mousepad is best for the Razer Deathadder/Abyssus?

I have a Hayate M Soft and it is starting to ware. I'm currently looking to replace it with another Artisan pad.

A good replacement is probably the Hayabusa.

The Hayabusa is like a slight upgrade to the Hayate and feels about the same. Shiden-Kai has a slick glass coating. Both are very good but the Hayabusa is probably a safer bet if you prefer the feel of the Hayate.

I do prefer pure cloth pads. Thanks for the advice. The Hayabusa seems to be a softer version of the Hayate which I think is best. I do not like the feel of hard mats.

Raiden just came out and it doesn't have the directional change with vertical movement vs horizontal movement.  So in short, if you want:

Faster than Hayate =>  Raiden

Slower than Hayate => Hayabusa

It's either the Hayabusa, or Hien. How is that hayate? How does it feel compare to a SS mousepad?
