FS/FT: Full metal poker (case, keys, cable), MX Brown
« on: Sat, 09 March 2013, 13:28:10 »
SOLD

I'm looking to sell my full metal poker with MX browns. For those curious as to why I'm selling it, there's two reasons:
1. I use the Colemak layout rather than Qwerty, so I'm looking forward to the programmable GH60 so that I don't have to rely on a software solution to get the Colemak layout.
2. While this full metal poker is very awesome, since I actually use it as a portable keyboard rather than having it sit at a desk, it's a bit too solid and heavy for its own good! (It weighs 3 pounds, 4 ounces. For reference, a CM Storm QuickFire weighs 2 pounds)

What's included:
1. Zinc keycaps
2. Red aluminum escape key
3. Aluminum spacebar
4. Stainless steel fibre USB cable (yes, the cable cover is metallic too!)
5. "oneproduct" aluminum case. Hand made, brushed finish. These are 3/16" thick, which is 50% thicker than all the other cases, so for those of you who love heavy, solid keyboards, this can't be beat. There is no hole in the bottom for the DIP switches (since you pretty much set them once then never touch them again), which makes the bottom nice and smooth.

I'm looking to sell it for $390 + shipping or trade it for an android tablet or some combination of cash + tablet (depending on what the tablet is).

This is the keyboard I wanted when I bought my Poker and stuff.

You would already be paid if you had posted this a month ago.

PM'd back. However, because of how heavy this thing is, it's looking very expensive to send it overseas using Canada Post. I may have to check other services.

Actually, my laptop is an 11.6 inch "ultrabook" and even that small thing weighs only 3.52 pounds (according to the spec sheet) vs this keyboard's 3.25, so you're quite right lol.

Yep because you want $390.00 plus another $140.00 for shipping, to Australia (ends of the earth) that then puts the whole package in about $530.00 (conservative) mark.

Damn, I would buy it but the shipping is murder especially from where you live.
