One of my cherry stabilizers (the black thing) is popped up and won't go back down... I got it to fix itself once but then it felt crappy so I tried to fix it again, and now I can't seem to get it back down.

One of the ones on my Leopold jammed and honestly, I just smashed it until it reset. Not sure if that was the best thing to do but it worked.

Most likely the wire has gotten unseated from it's clip. If so just take something like a small screwdriver or tweezer and push it back into the clip until it snap in place.
