How hard is it to change switches?

I'm wanting to get a Poker and Im wondering how hard it is/what all would changing the switches to some cherry greens would entail? Thanks!

If it's a Poker, without a plate or with a plate that has openings which allow the easy removal of them, you can open the housing and switch just the stem and spring, and then replace the housing. If it's a keyboard with a plate, it becomes harder, where you have to desolder the switches on the whole board, open them up, switch them out, and the resolder everything.
