Razer Tournament & G81-3000 & G81-1800

Trying to decide which to get either the G81-3000 OR G81-1800 for keys (for my Razer Tournament).
Any recommendations regarding keycaps and stabilizers?

For razer board you will need Cherry keycap from at least 2 keyboard. You will need a set from something like a winkeyless 3000 which will give you the majority of needed correct size keys, and 1x keys from something like a winkey 1800/7000 which also has the right 6x size spacebar but the mounting is not the same. Also you will either need to stem mod stepped caps or get that from yet another board like an 8000 series.

The keyboards are the opposite (from what you recommended) winkey and (winkeyless).
OK, as long as I get the majority of the 1X's (37 at least).
So for the majority of 1X's, a WinkeyLess 3000 OR Winkey 1800?

For alphas it doesn't matter really where you get them, all G80/G81 use the same 1x keys so whatever is best condition for lowest price. Whatever additional keys are going to mostly be the same as well like backspace, return and such. Only the bottom row keys are different, so if you can find one that covers more then I would go with that choice. Those qwerkeys set for modifiers could be a way to go as well, would just need and extra 1x key to match for a menu key.
