What do you guys use for dry, cracked hands?

What do you guys use for dry, cracked hands that start bleeding either from a cold winter or washing your hands too much?
I don't normally have this issue or dry skin but I've had this since last December and my skin hasn't been able to naturally heal it.

I'm thinking a can of Eucerin?

Soft Pork Fat buddy.  That will ease away any dryness and cracks within the skin.  You need to get fresh fat (pure white, drained/cleaned from blood) and leave it on your hands for 2 hours and then wash it off or simply brush it against your overalls.

I have had cracked hands for ages and the last few years have used good quality pork fat, rubbed in - really softens them to almost 'girl-like' qualities.  Plus the smell is really delicious  .

I have dry hands, and it doesn't help that I am kind of OCD about washing my hands often. 

I found that Burt's Bees Hand Salve works pretty well if my hands are in bad shape.  The stuff will get absorbed by your skin after a minute, so if your hands are especially damaged, repeating a few times is helpful.  I also use Lubriderm lotion that Megaweapon posted above and Vaseline.

I use my own mix of shea butter and avocado oil (with added vitamin E to prevent it from going bad). The stuff works great. Better than most commercial creams I've tried.

eucerin is the ****, it really heals. when i moved into my new apt, i'd walk around barefoot, it has hotel carpeting... that seems to suck the moisture out of my feet, they were dry like an african savannah. now of course i didn't do any research, i just said "wife i my feet are dry" and she pointed to a bottle of eucerin on her vanity table. next day my feet don't look prunes no more and the cracking stopped.

aside from the calloused areas (heel and floor touching part) they feel fine. I only put eucerin on maybe 3x over 3days, i haven't anymore since i REALLY hate the feeling of lotion. i'm sure for hands it'll work just as good.

I like this Vaseline lotion. It feels greasy for a few minutes then soaks in.

For lips and healing cuts, Carmex can't be beat.

And for things like feet where you need really heavy-bodied grease, Aquaphor, but then put on socks for a while.

I used to use Aveeno, but 2 years ago my dermatologist recommended i switch to Cetaphil cause it lasts longer and is better for more sensitive skin.

Any moisturizing lotion will help if you wear light cotton gloves as long as you can, after its application. The denser lotion the better. And again being well hydrated is key.
