I bought some Geekhackers V3 lube with my Zealio purchase, it's a nice mix. I recommend.

I used Mechlube 2 from Elite Keyboards.
Though if you're going to go to the not inconsiderable effort of desoldering and taking apart all your switches, you may as well consider swapping in lighter springs.
