Quick question about paypal: I had a bank account on there before which I could deposit and withdraw money from. I recently added a new bank account to there, which I can't withdraw from until they verify my photo ID. Is there any way I can transfer money from the old account to my paypal balance (the old one is still linked)

Open a new Paypal account based on the new account, and send the money as a gift to friends or family.

Unless the old name and/or info is important to keep.
