Hi guys,

Is the Compaq MX11800 the cheapest source for mx browns or are other ones available at even lower prices?

A second hand MX11800 is probably the cheapest, but Mechanical Keyboards sell the loose switches in "bulk" for a decent price (and you don't have to desolder them from an existing board): http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_list&c=55
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

You can sometimes get G80-8113 and 8200 for cheap. I got two G80-8200 HUAUS for $44 shipped once. Usually you can resell the keycaps for an even cheaper price.
