"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I think that it looks kind of ugly with its curved bezels.
Almost the exact shape of my Galaxy S4 which I think is kind of ugly.

Although I did hear somewhere that these come with a ballin keychain?
If anyone can confirm this I will buy that thing off someone who gets this.

200aud for a 60%  cnc case keyboard is a pretty good deal.

Although I don't think that either the PCB or the case will be compatible with normal 60% boards.
Correct me if I am wrong.

Why would it need to?  The bang for buck is lost if you are just harvesting it for parts.

I personally don't like the case design however and I would love to put that PCB in a different case.
Not a product for me. Maybe others are in love with the case, but I find it egregious.

That's the prototype before anodizing.

The case is plastic with aluminium layers above and below.  It would be better value if it was all aluminium :p

Or it this one actually all aluminium??
