Hmm that thinner bezel makes it look similar to MechanicalKeyboard.com's MK84.

^ @sami77, are you sure the springs are actually 35g?

Even ergo-clears use a lighter spring (blue/brown) and those are in the ~65g range. 35g sounds way too low..

Gaterons clears are linear, nothing like MX clears.

But still, 35g?

Yes.

Sorry, I just find it hard to understand why you would want 35g switches, having quite liked 110g tactile greys.

I have an 87U 55g and an 87U variable silent. I much prefer the variable or HHKB to the 55g 87U. It's just a bit too stiff for my taste.

Doesn't Gateron measure their switches as 35g at activation, like Cherry? Their blacks are advertised as 50g; compare to Cherry browns/blues at 45-50g.

So how do the switches feel?  Also how are the keycaps, I've heard they're POM and are fairly glossy/slippery?

They should really tell you the entire curve, because 35g by itself means nothing.  They should tell you starting force or force of tactile bump (if there is one), force at activation, and force at bottoming out.

Yeah, I tried stock clears and it was pretty much impossible for me to use, especially since it was so light stabilized keys returned noticeably slower

I tried Gateron clears before...waaay too light for me. And I like mx/gateron browns and blues :/ made so many mistakes with the clears and it just felt uncomfortable. Just my 2 cents.

Everyone talking about gateron switches…

…but the really interesting part is that Noppoo keyboards may come with gaterons onboard in stock configuration, if I'm reading the OP correctly.

Yes sir they do.  They are also available with Cherry MX.  I almost bought one, but I read in several places that people complained that the keycaps were very wobbly.  I'm unclear as to whether it moves at the stem, switch mount, or the top half of the switch.  I just bought a V60 with Gaterons so I hope it doesn't have the same problem.
