Does anyone have experience with any anodizing places in NOVA/DC area? I can find a few shops, but many don't list things like minimum amount or have many reviews.

Your best bet would be calling up those places that you mentioned. I'm no where near you, but I can say that the local shops around here are very slow to answer anything that isn't a phone call.
