Afraid all I can say is that the first one looks like it goes to a Soviet clone of a DEC system, it has elements of both VT100 and VT220 keyboards.  The second one is a thing of beauty.
I've got one of those HP boards, they're nothing special.  Somewhere I have a PS/2 version of that board, but I can't for the life of me find it.  Not a big problem, though, because, again, it's not an inspiring keyboard to type on, although it is neat to look at.

IBM's are the ones with buckling springs, though ALPS made a few of their own and there was one or two chinese knockoffs of them, neither of which are these boards.

There is some cyrillic WYSE which I want to grab. He throw the second one in trash, because it lost too much caps.

The Mycron is probably from an OEM version of the Tandberg TDV 2200 serial terminal. Both Tandberg and Mycron were Norwegian computer companies. Tandberg also made a very similar PC keyboard.

The keyboard switches are (I believe) Cherry ML.

The HP has rubber domes. It uses HIL bus signalling which was proprietary for HP. (I have had one)

The Wyse has most likely Cherry MX Black switches, but the keyboard uses a proprietary protocol. There should be firmware for a Teensy/AVR-based converter from WYSE to USB.

I am know about Wyse boards, there is no problem to find information on them. I'll have to take that one dirt cheap, exclusively for switches and caps.
And soon for the typewriter some photos with pulled caps will arrive. I hope it contains cherry mx switches with compatible caps.

I have a huge plans for that stuff.

I reviewed a Smith-Corona electronic typewriter module yesterday with a hideous type of leaf spring over membrane. A bizarre switch that felt so bad I could barely think of a way to even describe it.
