Welcome to the site & hobby Crab202!

Pok3r's are a pretty nice off the shelf boards that got a lot of us started down the rabbit hole of the higher end of the hobby LOL! A Pok3r with MX Clears was my first 60% TBH. Wait till you get your first GMK set & see how much better they are than the stock caps! Trust me here will be a hue difference in feel there. What sets you got ordered BTW? Currently I'm just waiting on GMK Jamon right now, but there are a few GBs going on currently & soon I'm hoping to join. GMK Olive & GMK Oblivion at the top of the list. Any plans on getting into building you own boards? To me that is the best part of the hobby. Whether I'm building a super limited high end custom kit or a cheap mass produced kit, whether those builds are for me or someone else, I just love the feel of successfully building a great feeling & sounding board! Albeit lubing/tuning switches & stabilizers is kinda a rabbit hole within a rabbit hole, although that could be said about a bunch of other aspects of our hobby like collecting artisan caps, vintage boards/switches, high end Korean boards/high end boards in general, etc.
Best advice i can give you about getting into this hobby is take it slow, hone in on your preferences of switch types, finding your favorite layouts, & practice switch/stabilizer tuning techniques/mods to find your preferences there before jumping into higher end builds (let's consider over $400 total higher end). Thankfully now more than ever there plentiful cheaper options for kits in many different layouts. Anyways hope to see you around the site & GL with figure those things out!
