Model M keys

Somebody paid $32 plus postage for an incomplete set of Model M keys:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130392432534

Edit: On second look it's actually a complete set of keycap covers, but still that's pretty steep. There are probably 10-12 complete Model M's currently on eBay with a BIN price plus postage less than $38.

Incomplete. It's amazing that someone bought those.

So a theoretical price breakdown for a model M is something like:
Keys - $38
Cable - $15-25
Leftovers - $?
Cardboard Box - $360

We're sitting on a goldmine.

That would have been a lot nicer without the marble wallpaper.  The choice to use it on the spacebar was also a mistake.

I'm terribly surprised someone bought from a listing with that atrocious background, nevermind the rather high price.

Fixedsys is indeed quite poor anywhere except a command prompt.
