I have recently started going down the rabbit hole regarding mechs... Bought my first 3 months ago after 15+ years of IT (I know right???). Technically I have used mechs in the time of the Commodore Amiga, but ever since going to PC I have used low profile membranes... Was worried about the change to full size caps and what type of switch to use, so I ended up going with cherry reds. All i can say is that I am loving it...
Just joined the forums and hoping to find valuable information around here. I have 2 boards at the moment, one 104 at work and a tenless at home (both red switches) and I feel I will be adding more to the group soon (maybe browns next)...
