Bonjour !
Name's Antoine, art director and new to the whole keyboard DIY / hacking scene. I'm neck deep (and quite frankly a bit lost) into trying to build my first DIY mech keyboard. I've been on the mechanical hype for some time now but I wanna part from my actual gaming keyboard, which is using blues (loud) and is full 105 keys which I'd love to replace with a 75% or something more compact like that.
Big BUT though : being french and having to use AZERTY, it's a bit of a nightmare to find all the fitting parts, especially the keycaps just how I want them. I have two options that I'll share in the corresponding threads, hope to get some feedback and a bit of guidance. But yeah, all in all and after weeks of browsing the internet and looking everywhere I can count the ISO / AZERTY custom keycaps options on a few fingers of one hand. Depressing, really.
