Univomp Springs & Hammers OK For Model M ?
« on: Sun, 13 June 2010, 08:19:34 »
Hi,

I have a couple of binted up IBM Model M's and am doing a nuts and bolts job on them. While I am at it I thought that I may as well give them new springs to make them a bit more binty.

Are the springs and hammers available from Unicomp that they use in the "Customisers" OK as replacements for a Model M (1391406, UK equivalent of 1391401)?

I used spring/hammers from Unicomp on a Model M mini with the nut/bolt mod and they are the same.
