Hello world
« on: Wed, 18 December 2019, 08:31:58 »
Hi all

though I love mechanical switches, a minimalist commitment makes me type most of the time on integrated thinkpad keyboards (current P1).

for that reason, I spend more time on keyboard layout optimization and software-keyboard integration (shortcuts, etc).

I have been using colemak for a few years and have heavily modified it to use wider hand-positioning (virtual "split" keyboard :) ), added numeric and brackets layers which remove the need to move hands away from "home" position, and modifier overloading for better ergonomics.

More about all this in separate post(s)

Look fw to speaking with y'all.
