smith-corona cartridge mark i - keycap hunt
« on: Sat, 04 January 2020, 07:51:16 »
i have this smith-corona cartridge mark 1 - and i absolutely love the keycaps on it.

so, my question is - what out there would be the closest profile to these?

the best way i can describe them is a a higher dsa keycap without the gritty texture to the scoop. a bit smaller and rounder top, but close to the same scoop/dish/sculpt of dsa. it's hard to get a picture of the dish.

if i get my prusa mini soon i may be able to make stem adapters, although they'll sit higher than i'd like and i wont have enough for my 60%

i have an SA set but they are way flatter per key and square on top at that.

from the pics below, if i had to guess i'd say SS 5 or 12 degree would be the closest i can find. but i don't think SS keycaps exist =/ if they do i can't find them.
