Apple Wireless Keyboard - cN force?
« on: Thu, 12 March 2020, 19:28:37 »
Yo! :)

Does anyone know the "cN operating force" of the Apple Wireless Keyboard?
The keys fell silent and tactile for sure, but can't find any info about the weight need it to press the key - 60g - 150g?.

It would be very helpful "perspective" for people, who entering the Mechanical Keyboard world/community, including myself of course :)

Cheers!

I think I've seen someone measure it as being in-between 60 and 70 g, but I don't remember where I saw it...
But note that that is the actuation force. How hard a key feels to press depends also on key travel until you stop: the area under the force graph.
