So dispite my glowing reports earlier 4 days in i have found the S ","dont connect with the spring  and hammer on all 4 points on the key cap of those keys so they dont register unless i hit a one of the un effect spots or slm down hard dead center I hope im not the only one who has issues i have poped those caps off and visually they look fine btw

Could you rephrase that? I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what you mean. The spring just needs to be snugly on the nub of the flapper/hammer and relatively straight (closer to the top of the cap than the bottom of it if you have the board oriented with the cable end straight down for properly reseating caps.

Do those keys sound differently from the others? Are the hammers/flappers moving the same way as the others when you press down?

Edit: I did just check to be sure and just about anything having to do with removing springs, reversing them and putting them back on, etc carries over to an M.

The springs are visually fine they do sound different like more  hollow
and i mean that  the edges of each key dont register ( i have to slam these keys dead center or find a unaffected edge to get it to  register and some times the key click only  comes on the upstroke
not sure what the issue is  not my vido but nearly identical concern

It sounds to me that the caps may need to be seated properly. Try what's done in this video a few times. I haven't watched the whole thing, but the part where the board is basically pivoted 90 degrees and placing the caps in place with it oriented like that should apply to Model Ms as well. If that doesn't work after a few tries, it wouldn't hurt to look at his other videos, or others on Youtube, about removing the springs and maybe flipping them upside down, etc, pressing them firmly down with tweezers, etc.

I'll take a look at one of my Ms when I get home.
