I'm looking at this keyboard:
https://cherryamericas.com/cherry-g86-63400.htmlI don't think it's chicklet. It's rubber dome, and probably with more travel than chicklet keyboards. Why on earth do I like chicklets? Just a practical consideration, I'm working with the idea of sliding fingers across multiple keys. And I'm looking for extra keys to experiment with using transitions of the hands (one idea is to toggle sub-layouts (have one area to shift to one layout or another), another swapping right-left, it might be hard, but it might be fun too).
I don't need to use it for gaming. But if it permitted up to 6 arbitrary keys simultaneously, that would be another fun experiment (chording/stenography-inspired layouts).
Also, if anybody has seen a hexagonal keyboard (like a hexagonal D&D gaming mat), I'm interested in learning more.
