Hello from Spain
« on: Sat, 16 May 2020, 14:30:37 »
Hi folks,

Since I was an ocassionally lurker of this huge forum and deskthority with a Generic Rubber Dome (a old and no branded 5140 with spanish lISO ayout) that I restored, cleaned and USB converted.

Finally I´m here and as i love DIY i just finished a custom handwire keyboard (just now typing its first letters) because i thougth that it would be easy as seen in many tutorials as Cribbit and Matt3o, but far from the reality was not so easy and with a lot of work and will be showed in a separate post when i finish the built completely.

Just to be revealed the build its an 60% + numpad + 1 extra row, with ISO layout, 1.5mm aluminium plate and sandwich case and 8x8 aluminium profile with a mix of khail box switches and some clone cherry stabs and clone teensy ++ 2.0
