Where are the Matrix boards?

Why do I see so many color ways for Abel X but not evidence of a group buy or anything online ? Where do they sell these things ?

They have a group on QQ messenger where the Matrix group buys are announced and run. But it’s all in Chinese. Units sell out in seconds and it’s hard navigating the group with google translate.
